(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present yet without load, ensuring optimum performance.

This switch is purposefully crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and unrivaled ease of operation. Available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches encompass a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a finely-tuned mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures flawless opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, the requisite contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is meticulously achieved. This switch is operated effortlessly using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, coupled with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.

Optimal Working Environment:

Altitude should gracefully not exceed 1000 meters;

Enjoy ambient temperatures: with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not plummeting below -30°C;

Outdoor wind speeds should not exceed a graceful 35 meters/second;

Seismic intensity should be blissfully within 8 degrees; the installation site should ideally be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.

The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could detrimentally impact the switch's pristine insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Usage and Precise Adjustment

Essential Pre-installation Work

1. Delicately remove dust and dirt from all components, meticulously wiping the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to perfection.
2. Flawlessly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw.
3. Apply a generous layer of premium industrial Vaseline to the rotating parts and contact areas for optimal performance.
4. Meticulously check the contact surface and precisely adjust the compression spring's height to ensure the contact pressure impeccably complies with Table II.
5. This switch is exclusively designed for hoisting purposes and is intended for harmonious use in conjunction with the transformer on the line.
6. The rated current of this switch spans 200-400 amperes, typically requiring only three mounting holes, whereas 600-1000A applications also utilize three mounting holes efficiently.

Conduct a thorough and regular annual check on the following switch components:
Fastidiously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain immaculate conditions.

Inspect all parts meticulously for potential damage, with a keen focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.

Confirm the optimal condition of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure flawless functionality.
