(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, fondly called an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This product excels in efficiently opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, though without load.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a simplistic yet robust design, offering unmatched cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. Rated current options are diverse, ranging from 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, up to 1250 amps. The comprehensive structure includes a durable base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife mechanism, each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on both sides. The spring height adjustment ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch's operations are facilitated by an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Operational Environment Guidelines:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic activity should not exceed an intensity of 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should remain uncontaminated by gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
