Its primary function is to skillfully open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while the voltage is present, ensuring seamless operation across your energy infrastructure.
This switch, strategically crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, stands out for its straightforward structure, cost-effective design, and user-friendly application. Choose from an array of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, to match your specific requirements. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure for circuit engagement, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades enhanced by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved, ensuring flawless operation. For ease of use, an insulated hook stick facilitates opening and closing actions, complemented by a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maintain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to ensure optimal performance. Regularly check the following components of the switch:
Thoroughly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficient conductivity.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage and cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part contact surface to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
