Introducing the (H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also known as the Isolation Disconnect Switch. This innovative product is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, but without load. Experience superior control and reliability with this advanced switch.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, our switch stands out with its efficient, straightforward structure, unbeatable cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a durable base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures optimal circuit management, with each phase's gate knife featuring two conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height is key to achieving the necessary contact pressure for flawless operation. The switch is operated with ease using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions and includes a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety and security.
Working Environment:
Suitable for installation at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Designed to endure ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built to handle seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, the location should not be prone to severe, frequent vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE AND CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
