Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch—an engineering marvel also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Expertly designed to serve on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch gracefully opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits. Though it works without load, the presence of voltage is no challenge for its robust capabilities.
Tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its streamlined structure, exceptional affordability, and straightforward usability. With an array of available rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—it is versatile enough for varied applications. Comprised of a solid base, reliable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a mechanical section, it is a model of engineering excellence. The ingenious gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit manipulation. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs, providing the necessary contact pressure through smart spring height adjustments. Convenience is enhanced with the insulated hook stick, which facilitates effortless opening and closing operations, while the self-locking device ensures secure functionality.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: thriving at a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor breezes with wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Designed for seismic stability, handling intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for locations free of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could impair the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following parts to maintain optimal performance:
Eliminate dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles’ surfaces to sustain efficiency.
Thoroughly examine all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for any damage or cracking.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable and in top condition.
