(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines spanning 10(12, 15, 24)kV. This switch serves the pivotal role of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while managing the presence of voltage, all achieved without load.
Designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward construction, affordability, and user-friendly nature. It accommodates a range of rated currents, specifically 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Composed of a sturdy base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a precisely engineered mechanical section, it employs a gate knife mechanism to facilitate circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs. Thoughtful spring height adjustment ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is executed via an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring reliable performance in elevated settings.
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C; guaranteeing optimal functionality across a broad temperature spectrum.
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second; offering steadfast resilience against strong winds.
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should maintain stability and not be subject to recurrent severe vibrations for assured operation.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regularly perform an annual inspection of the switch to ensure optimal operation:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles, preserving their functionality.
Conduct a thorough examination of all components for damage, focusing especially on detecting any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for peak performance.
