(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also heralded as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It elegantly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining voltage presence.
Tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch shines with its uncomplicated design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. It is available in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each sophisticated switch is an assembly of a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and an agile mechanical section. Its gate knife structure, key for circuit operations, is ingeniously designed with two conductive blades and external compression springs on both flanks. Effortless adjustment of the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The operation is streamlined with an insulated hook stick for intuitive opening and closing, coupled with a steadfast self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impede the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously eradicate dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain pristine conditions.
Inspect all components for any potential damage, with a keen focus on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable and without flaw.
