(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often known as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. This switch excels in seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, managing voltage presence with unparalleled precision and safety.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, the switch boasts a straightforward architecture, making it both economically advantageous and user-friendly. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical assembly. The circuit is adeptly managed by a gate knife structure, where each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, supported by external compression springs for optimal performance. The adjustable spring height ensures adequate contact pressure for seamless operation. Operators benefit from the convenience of an insulated hook stick for managing opening and closing actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Optimal functionality at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: peak not exceeding +40°C; trough not plummeting below -30°C;
Outdoor wind resilience up to 35 meters/second;
Rated for seismic activity up to 8 degrees; installation zones should remain free from constant severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, filth, or any explosive or corrosive agents that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductive efficacy.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS DETAILED ABOVE BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INITIATE DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following switch components:
Eliminate any debris from the conductive parts, contact areas, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of fractures or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface maintains excellent condition.
