Introducing the state-of-the-art (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as the isolation disconnect switch. This cutting-edge switch is expertly engineered for seamless utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It effortlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present but without a load.
Crafted for optimal performance in single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its streamlined design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers a wide array of available rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Featuring a sophisticated gate knife structure, it ensures swift circuit opening and closing. Each phase is equipped with a pair of conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves optimal contact pressure for its gate knife. For maximum convenience, the switch is operated with an insulated hook stick and comes with a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operation at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperatures should be maintained with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensity levels not greater than 8 degrees, with the requirement that the installation site avoids frequent or severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD USE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE LIMITS STATED ABOVE, USERS ARE WELCOME TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual review of these critical components of the switch to ensure optimal functionality:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to potential damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Confirm that the contact surfaces of the conductive components maintain their integrity and functionality.
