This ingeniously crafted isolation disconnect switch is specifically engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It serves to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with ease, even when voltage is present—though under no load conditions.
Our switch is optimally designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It stands out for its straightforward architecture, affordability, and user-friendly nature. Offered in an impressive range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-conductivity components, and a well-engineered mechanical section. The sophisticated gate knife structure ensures reliable circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and fortified with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, you can achieve the precise contact pressure needed for optimal performance. Operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking device adds further convenience and safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to resist seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability even in less-than-ideal locations without frequent severe vibrations.
Best suited for environments devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check of the following components of the switch:
Thoroughly clean all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect every component for potential damage. Pay special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Confirm the integrity of the contact surfaces on all conductive parts.
