Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a paragon of safety and efficiency, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This marvel is engineered to perfection for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, meticulously crafted to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits where voltage is present but devoid of load.
This extraordinary switch is designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. It stands out with its uncomplicated design, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly interface. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, this switch is composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure orchestrates the circuit's opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operation is effortlessly conducted using an insulated hook stick, complemented by an essential self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must be a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
The permissible outdoor wind speed is up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation locale must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
