Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a top-tier isolation disconnect switch engineered to revolutionize your 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Expertly crafted for seamless operation, this switch excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, even with voltage present. Experience uncompromised reliability in every use.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, offering exceptional cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. Choose from a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch comprises a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase features two conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. Fine-tune the spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operate with ease using an insulated hook stick, and benefit from a built-in self-locking device for secure operations.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: ranges from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to handle seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ensure installation sites do not encounter frequent severe vibrations.
Optimize installation conditions by avoiding environments with gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
