(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to proficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits efficiently, without bearing any load but while maintaining voltage presence. This ensures optimal safety and operational efficiency.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. The range of available rated currents includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse operational needs. Composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section, the switch employs a sophisticated gate knife design for opening and closing the circuit. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves the precise contact pressure necessary for optimal performance. Operators can use an insulated hook stick for smooth, secure opening and closing actions, with the added benefit of a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring reliable performance across various terrains;
Functions within an ambient temperature range of maximum +40°C to minimum -30°C, adaptable to diverse climatic conditions;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, offering stability and resilience;
Engineered for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ideal for locations with low to moderate seismic activity; the installation site must avoid frequent severe vibrations for optimal operation.
The installation site should be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity efficiency.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual comprehensive inspection of the switch's components to ensure continued reliability and safety:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain high performance.
Thoroughly inspect all components for any signs of damage, paying special attention to the condition of the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Evaluate the condition of the conductive part contact surfaces to ensure they remain in optimal condition.
