(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, often simply called 'fuse,' is expertly crafted for seamless integration into outdoor overhead distribution systems. With a precise operational range attuned to a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage spectrum of 10kV (extending to 12/15/35/40.5), this fuse is the quintessential protective component against overloads and short circuit faults in power systems. As the power line carries current, the fuse, locked securely in series, maintains a state of readiness. Yet, at the instance of failure, it responds by blowing the fault current, releasing a movable joint, causing the fuse tube to swiftly detach, thereby severing the circuit and safeguarding both line integrity and equipment. Uniquely, the load type variant is endowed with an elastic contact and a specialized arc extinguishing cover, expertly designed to manage the power system's load current dynamics.

The fuse must adhere to stringent technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, alongside the DL / T 640 - 1997 guidelines for outdoor AC high voltage drop-tested fuses and fuse links, ensuring compliance with ordering technical conditions.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature: Ranges from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C;

Relative humidity: Daily averages should not exceed 95%, with monthly averages capped at 90%;

The installation is suitable for altitudes not surpassing 3000m;

Outdoor wind speed is limited to a maximum of 34 meters per second;

Installation site: Should be free from fire risks, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, and must be in a well-ventilated environment.
