The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits safely where load is absent but voltage is present, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
This switch is designed specifically for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet robust structure, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit engagement, with each phase's gate knife featuring twin conductive blades and external compression springs for enhanced performance. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure is attained. Operation is conveniently conducted with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a dependable self-locking device for secure control.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operating effortlessly within ambient temperatures: a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to tolerate seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, with installation sites chosen to avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Ensure all dirt is removed from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles for optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, with a focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for reliable operation.
