Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, meticulously engineered for the pivotal task of controlling 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This advanced switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, adeptly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining the voltage presence, ensuring seamless operation.
Designed for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Offering a spectrum of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—each switch is an assembly of a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure, it ensures effective circuit engagement and disengagement. The gate knife for each phase comprises two resilient conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs, fine-tuned by adjusting the spring height to meet the required contact pressure. Operations are executed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Optimally designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Maintains performance within ambient temperatures ranging from a crisp -30°C to a sweltering +40°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in environments free from continuous severe vibrations.
Ideal installation environments are free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other hazardous materials that could compromise the switch’s insulation and conductive efficacy.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS CAN DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Schedule annual inspections to ensure ongoing reliability:
Diligently clean dirt from all conductive elements, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for signs of wear, with special attention to potential damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify that the contact surfaces of conductive parts remain in optimal condition.
