This switch is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It performs the critical function of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without carrying load, yet remains energized.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its straightforward design, budget-friendliness, and user-friendly operation. Available in a range of rated currents - 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps - it comprises a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, robust conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Utilizing a precise gate knife structure for circuit control, each phase's gate knife is adeptly equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is flawlessly achieved. For operational ease, it employs an insulated hook stick for maneuvering, coupled with an integrated self-locking device for enhanced security.

Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Engineered to withstand a broad temperature range: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, making it perfect for stable environments free from frequent, severe vibrations.
Ideal for installation sites free from detrimental gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Ensure the removal of dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface for uninterrupted performance.
Conduct a detailed examination of all components for potential damage, placing special focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in prime condition.
