(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated isolation disconnect switch, is engineered specifically for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This cutting-edge switch excels in opening and closing single or three-phase circuits without load, even when voltage is present.
Optimized for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. Available in various rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it features a robust construction comprising a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a state-of-the-art gate knife mechanism for precise circuit operations, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades flanked by external compression springs. These springs can be adjusted for optimal contact pressure. The switch is deftly operated using an insulated hook stick, complete with a smart self-locking device for secure operations.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Examine all parts for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
