Introducing the groundbreaking (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, or isolation disconnect switch. This meticulously engineered marvel is designed for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels at effortlessly managing the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, operating efficiently without load but under voltage, ensuring unparalleled safety and reliability.
This switch is a pinnacle of engineering for single-phase use in three-phase line systems. It distinguishes itself with an uncomplicated structure, cost-effectiveness, and intuitive operation. This versatile switch accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It features a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure elevates circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife consisting of two conductive blades. External compression springs on each side ensure optimal contact pressure, adjustable through spring height modification. Operating the switch is simplified with an insulated hook stick, and it incorporates a convenient self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Crafted to excel at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Capable of thriving in ambient temperatures: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Constructed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, making it ideal for sites with minimal severe vibrations.
For peak performance, ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS SURPASS THE SPECIFIED NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure durability by conducting annual inspections of the following parts:
Meticulously cleanse any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage. Focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition, guaranteeing efficient operation.
