CHBEB's precision-engineered single-phase pole-mounted transformers, crafted by industry leader Daelim, are adept at reducing utility distribution voltages, between a robust range of 2400V to 34,500V, to more manageable utilization voltages. Typically, these transformers serve to demote to commercial and industrial voltage tiers such as 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V. Predominantly, they transition voltages down to a practical single-phase voltage of 120/240V. Beyond this, they find their niche in small substations and other diverse applications, even stepping up voltages when the need arises.
CHBEB’s manufacturing prowess extends to crafting two variants of single-phase pole-mounted transformers: the conventional type and the highly resilient Completely Self-Protected (CSP) type, boasting power ratings soaring up to 167kVA.

- Self-Protected (CSP) Design: CSP units stand out with enhanced protection features including primary protective links, surge arresters, secondary circuit breakers, emergency overload reset handles, and overload signal lights, delivering unmatched security.
- Durability and Safety: The self-venting and resealing cover assembly is a testament to the transformer's resilience, guaranteeing its long-term safe and reliable operational integrity.
