The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, known as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring operational excellence without load but with voltage present.
Designed for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, making it an economical and user-friendly choice. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches comprise a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures efficient opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and features external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height perfectly calibrates the necessary contact pressure for optimal performance. Operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking device enhances safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
The altitude at the installation site should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: should not rise above a sweltering +40°C, nor fall below a chilly -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should be restrained to a maximum of 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not go beyond 8 degrees; the installation site must avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the switch to ensure impeccable operation:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain integrity.
Inspect all parts for any signs of damage, with particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the quality of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure seamless functionality.
