Designed to excel in opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits with precision, this switch operates under voltage present but without load, ensuring top-tier performance for your electrical systems.

The switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, applauded for its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it offers versatile compatibility. Constructed from a resilient base, sturdy post insulators, robust conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section, this switch employs an innovative gate knife structure for efficient circuit control. Each phase's gate knife is enhanced with dual conductive blades and external compression springs that can be adjusted for optimal contact pressure. Operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, it includes a convenient self-locking feature for added safety and reliability.

Working Environment:

Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, guaranteeing reliable performance.

Designed to withstand ambient temperatures, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring adaptability in various climates.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Ensure all parts are free of dust and dirt, meticulously cleaning the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle for optimal performance.
2. Thoroughly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee seamless connectivity.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline on the rotating parts and contact areas, promoting longevity and smooth operation.
4. Inspect the contact surface and adjust the compression spring height to ensure the contact pressure aligns with Table II standards, optimizing efficiency.
5. This switch is specifically designed for hoisting applications and is intended for synergy with transformers on the line, enhancing operational integration.
6. This switch boasts a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For higher currents of 600-1000A, three mounting holes are also employed, ensuring a secure fit.

Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to maintain peak performance:
Cleanse dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle, preserving the switch's exceptional functionality.

Inspect all components for potential damage, with a focus on detecting any defects or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition, supporting steadfast operation.
