The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution systems. It adeptly functions to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, yet without a load.
This switch is engineered specifically for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. It is renowned for its straightforward structure, budget-friendly nature, and ease of use. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch is composed of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. Operating with an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing, the switch features a self-locking device for added reliability.
Working Environment:
The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature: Peaks at a maximum of +40°C and dips to a minimum of -30°C; designed to withstand extremes.
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second, ensuring stability under windy conditions.
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; installations should avoid areas with frequent severe vibrations to maintain integrity.
Ensure the installation site is free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could degrade the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
If the above standard usage conditions are exceeded, users are encouraged to engage in negotiations with the company for tailored solutions.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual check on the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain efficient functionality.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in optimal condition.
