(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative solution often recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art switch facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, thereby ensuring seamless electrical operations.
Engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. It is available in diverse rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust design comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure, each phase includes two conductive blades equipped with external compression springs on either side. The spring height adjustment is critical for achieving optimal contact pressure, ensuring reliable switch operation. For ease of use, an insulated hook stick is employed for opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, with a focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surfaces on the conductive parts to ensure reliable operation.
