(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered to operate on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, yet handling no load.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, lauded for its straightforward design, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. It offers a suite of rated current options: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch assembly includes a robust base, durable post insulators, high-performance conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure for precise circuit control, each phase's gate knife comprises dual conductive blades, complemented by exterior compression springs on both flanks. Adjusting the spring height allows for optimal contact pressure. The switch operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism, ensuring seamless opening and closing.
Working Environment:
Operational altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must range between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
The switch is rated for outdoor use with wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters per second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, it is essential that the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, saline mist, dust, grime, or any explosive or corrosive agents that could severely compromise the switch's insulating and conductive properties.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance checks should be conducted on the following switch components:
Conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles must be kept free of any dirt.
Inspect all components for any potential damage, with particular emphasis on the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any signs of damage or cracking.
Regularly evaluate the conductive parts’ contact surface to ensure perfect condition.
