The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is expertly designed to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits in situations where the load is absent but voltage is still present, ensuring maximum efficiency in power management.
This switch is uniquely engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic yet robust design that balances cost-effectiveness with unparalleled ease of use. Offering a diverse range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are composed of a base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operations. Each phase incorporates a gate knife made up of dual conductive blades, reinforced with external compression springs on both sides to ensure optimal performance. By adjusting the spring height, you can achieve the essential contact pressure required for the switch's gate knife. The switch operation is conveniently performed using an insulated hook stick, and it includes an intuitive self-locking device for enhanced security and reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude: The installation should be at heights not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum should not exceed +40°C, while the minimum should not fall below -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Velocity: Speed should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.
Note:
IF THE CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE AS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATE SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance and Inspection Checklist:
Routinely clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components for potential damage, focusing particularly on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition and uncompromised.
