Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch, meticulously engineered for seamless use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art switch facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, without handling any loads but with voltage present.
Designed with precision for single-phase utilization in three-phase line systems, the switch stands out with its simplistic design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for various applications. The switch is composed of a robust base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. A gate knife structure is ingeniously employed to manage the circuit's opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. The switch features an insulated hook stick for smooth and safe operation and includes a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Designed for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature range is carefully set, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring reliability across diverse conditions;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second, offering assured performance even in breezy conditions;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site remains free of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity, safeguarding its longevity and efficiency.
Note:
In instances where these normal use conditions are surpassed, users are encouraged to engage in discussions with the company for tailored solutions.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections on the following switch components:
Ensure removal of any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surfaces, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
