Beierbian's (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is crafted to expertly manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while maintaining voltage presence, showcasing exceptional reliability and performance.
This switch is designed for single-phase implementation within three-phase line systems, highlighting its simplistic yet robust structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It is available in a spectrum of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. The switch's construction includes a solid base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, with compression springs strategically placed externally on both sides. These springs can be adjusted in height to provide the desired contact pressure for the switch's gate knife operation. The switch is meticulously operated with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety.

Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the switch, focusing on the following components:
Carefully cleanse the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal function.
Vigilantly inspect all components for any signs of damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition to guarantee peak performance.
