Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This advanced switch is meticulously engineered for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present but without load, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
This exceptional switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its streamlined design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Choose from available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates precise opening and closing of the circuit. For each phase, the gate knife features two high-conductivity blades enhanced by external compression springs on both sides, allowing for adjustable spring height to achieve the desired contact pressure. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for effortless actions, and incorporates a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for operation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity resilience up to 8 degrees; ensuring stability at sites with minimal severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive media that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN USAGE EXCEEDS NORMAL CONDITIONS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a comprehensive annual inspection to maintain the switch's pristine condition:
Remove any accumulation of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to preserve high efficiency.
Inspect all components for possible damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts are in excellent condition to ensure uninterrupted energy flow.
