The (H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also acclaimed as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously engineered for seamless use on high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is meticulously crafted to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits efficiently without handling load, yet with voltage retained. Suitable for 10(12, 15, 24)kV lines, this switch is a pinnacle of reliability.
Ideally crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet robust structure, offering unparalleled cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. With available rated currents spanning 200 to 1250 amps, the switch is a marvel of engineering, comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and an advanced mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure, with its dual conductive blades and adjustable external compression springs, ensures precise contact pressure. A self-locking device enhances its operation, effortlessly managed through an insulated hook stick for opening and closing.
Working Environment:
Altitude: must not exceed 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature range: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C.
Outdoor wind speed: must remain below 35 meters/second.
Seismic intensity: must not exceed 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IN CASE THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADJUSTMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on identifying any faults or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in pristine condition.
