Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovation renowned as an isolation disconnect switch. This cutting-edge device is masterfully engineered for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits in the presence of voltage but without load.
Designed with precision, this switch is optimized for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, offering a harmonious blend of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust construction features a durable base, sturdy post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure facilitates circuit operations, where each phase's gate knife comprises dual conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. Adjusting these springs' height ensures the optimal contact pressure needed for the switch's efficient gate knife operation. For added convenience and safety, the switch is operated with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Maximum operation at heights not exceeding 1000 meters.
Ambient Temperature: Safely operational in conditions with a peak temperature not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C.
Wind Resistance: Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second.
Seismic Resilience: Capable of enduring seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; suitable for locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
Environmental Compatibility: The installation site must remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
