(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential tool for power management, excels as an isolation disconnect switch. It is expertly crafted for integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, yet without load.
Engineered for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its elegant design, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Featuring a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit toggling, each phase includes two conductive blades with external compression springs for precise contact pressure adjustments. The switch operation, facilitated by an insulated hook stick, includes a secure self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Operable up to an altitude of 1000 meters;
Temperature range: a peak of +40°C, dropping to a minimum of -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Tolerant of seismic activities up to intensity 8; Installation areas must avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other corrosive or explosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS EXCEED STANDARD LIMITS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADJUSTMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive inspection of these switch components:
Consistently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle’s exterior.
Scrutinize all components for damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle's integrity, checking for any damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part’s contact surface to ensure optimal performance.
