Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward yet efficient design, offering cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. It supports rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The assembly includes a robust base, durable post insulators, highly conductive parts, and a mechanical section, all to ensure top-notch performance. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife comprises two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs. Adjusting these springs ensures optimal contact pressure, which is vital for the switch's efficiency. Operation is made easy with an insulated hook stick, providing smooth actions, while a robust self-locking device enhances operational safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum temperature must not exceed +40°C; minimum temperature should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation area must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
