The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also widely acclaimed as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, including 10, 12, 15, and 24kV systems. This marvel of engineering excels at efficient opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without carrying load.
Designed for unparalleled functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward architecture, supreme cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers an impressive range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a precision-engineered mechanical section, it employs a gate knife structure for circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs, adjustable for optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it includes an innovative self-locking device ensuring secure usage.
Working Environment:
Ideal installation altitude must not exceed 1000 meters for optimal performance.
The ambient temperature should range between a gentle -30°C and a warm +40°C.
The site must withstand outdoor wind speeds no greater than 35 meters/second.
Seismic activity should not surpass 8 degrees; installations require sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the site remains devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, and dust to preserve the switch's integrity and efficiency.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, NEGOTIATION WITH THE COMPANY IS ADVISED FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the switch, focusing on:
Purging dirt from conductive surfaces, contact points, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces is essential.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to insulating porcelain for cracks or other impairments.
Assess the quality of contact surfaces on all conductive parts to ensure consistent performance.
