(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, affectionately termed "the fuse," is expertly crafted for outdoor overhead distribution systems operating at a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV (available in 12/15/35/40.5 kV options). This fuse serves as an invaluable safeguard for circuits and electrical equipment during instances of overload or short circuit within power systems. Under normal operating conditions, the fuse is seamlessly integrated in series within the power line in a tensioned state, with the movable joint securely locked. In the event of a line fault, the fault current activates the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, causing the fuse tube to swiftly drop and disrupt the circuit. This sequence provides crucial safety protection, facilitating the maintenance of lines and equipment. Our load-type fuse features an enhanced design, incorporating an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, specifically engineered to adeptly handle the opening and closing of load currents within power systems.

Each fuse is meticulously crafted to adhere to eminent technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature: A robust range from -40°C to +40°C.

Relative humidity: Designed for daily averages up to 95%, with monthly averages not exceeding 90%.

Optimal performance assured at altitudes up to 3000 meters.

Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 34 meters per second.

Installation site: Must be free of fire and explosion hazards, devoid of chemical corrosive gases, and situated in a well-ventilated environment.
