Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an exemplary piece of engineering! This isolation disconnect switch is crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed to skillfully manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, this switch is the epitome of efficiency.
Perfectly suited for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its uncomplicated structure, economic value, and user-friendly nature. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it boasts a robust composition of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure ensures smooth circuit transitions, utilizing two conductive blades per phase, supported by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure, adjustable to meet specific requirements. The insulated hook stick facilitates seamless operations, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Built for resilience, with an ambient temperature range from a brisk -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE CONDITIONS OF NORMAL USE BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual inspection guidelines to maintain optimal performance:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain pristine conditions.
Conduct a comprehensive damage check on all parts, with special emphasis on assessing the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
