(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered to perform flawlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring maximum reliability and safety.
Crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simplistic yet highly efficient design, offering unparalleled cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. It is available in a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a mechanically sound section. Its innovative gate knife structure enables smooth circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides, allowing for precise spring height adjustments to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operation is executed with an insulated hook stick, and the switch is equipped with a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ensures functionality in a temperature range: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Designed for outdoor use, withstanding wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees. It should be installed in locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ideal installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that might adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD YOUR CONDITIONS EXCEED THE STANDARD PARAMETERS, CUSTOM SOLUTIONS CAN BE DISCUSSED WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to ensure reliability: check these critical parts of the switch regularly:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain peak conductivity.
Thoroughly inspect all components, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition for uninterrupted performance.
