Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative device is expertly crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling you to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while voltage is present, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
This switch is designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic yet robust structure that delivers both cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. Explore a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Its gate knife structure ensures precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, perfectly complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operations are conducted using an insulated hook stick, with a built-in self-locking device enhancing safety and convenience.
Working Environment:
Ensure your installation site is at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Maintain ambient temperatures with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Ensure outdoor wind speeds do not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE AFOREMENTIONED NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR POTENTIAL ACCOMMODATIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to maintain optimum performance:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a keen focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Review the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure optimal connectivity.
