Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of engineering crafted for excellence. Known as an isolation disconnect switch, this high-performance device is primarily designed for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is engineered to effortlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, managing the presence of voltage without bearing a load. Its resilient construction ensures unmatched reliability.
The switch is adept at single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting a design of simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Available rated currents span 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps, offering versatility to suit diverse power needs. The switch architecture encompasses a base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Employing a sophisticated gate knife mechanism for circuit management, each phase's gate knife integrates dual conductive blades with external compression springs on either side. The adjustable spring height ensures the precise contact pressure necessary for optimal switch gate knife performance. For seamless operation, an insulated hook stick facilitates both opening and closing actions, complemented by an innovative self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C; maintaining operability in diverse climatic conditions.
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second; engineered to withstand challenging weather scenarios.
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ensuring stability in earthquake-prone regions, with the installation site free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive environments that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to ensure the switch's optimal operation, focusing on these vital components:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface, maintaining pristine condition.
Thoroughly inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring safety and performance.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition, ensuring reliable connectivity.
