CHBEB's single-phase pole-mounted transformers, crafted by Daelim, are engineered to perfection for transforming utility distribution voltages from a wide range of 2400V to an impressive 34,500V, down to lower, more usable voltages. While adept at converting to commercial and industrial standards like 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V, they predominantly thrive in stepping down to a convenient single-phase voltage of 120/240V. These versatile transformers also play a crucial role in small substations and various other applications, and can seamlessly step up voltages when required.
CHBEB offers two exemplary models of single-phase pole-mounted transformers: the traditional conventional type and the innovative Completely Self-Protected (CSP) type. Both types boast remarkable power ratings soaring up to 167kVA, catering to diverse power distribution needs.

- High Efficiency: Compliantly meets DOE Energy Efficiency Standards and stretches beyond ANSI/IEEE and CSA standards, ensuring superior energy conservation and performance.
- Standard Features: This transformer comes complete with ISO 9001 quality certification, robust lifting lugs, arrester mounting pads, durable high-voltage porcelain bushings featuring eyebolt terminals, low-voltage bushings with eyebolt terminals, and essential low-voltage neutral grounding straps.
- Self-Protected (CSP) Design: CSP units are fortified with extra protective measures such as primary protective links, surge arresters, secondary circuit breakers, emergency overload reset handles, and overload signal lights, enhancing safety and reliability.
- Durability and Safety: The design incorporates a self-venting and resealing cover assembly, guaranteeing the transformer's longevity, safety, and consistent reliable performance.
Operating Environment:
- Ambient Temperature: Capable of operating at a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -15°C.
- Altitude: Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000m.
- Humidity:
- Daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, promoting optimal operational conditions.
- Monthly average relative humidity capped at 90%, ensuring consistent functionality.
- Seismic Intensity: Robustly engineered to endure seismic forces up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in challenging conditions.
- Installation Conditions: The installation site must be devoid of fire hazards, explosion risks, severe vibrations, chemical corrosion, and heavy pollution.
