Its iron core, constructed with high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, drastically reduces no-load losses.

In high-voltage windings, a sophisticated multi-layer structure is implemented, with products up to 500kVA boasting multi-layer low-voltage windings. For transformers rated at 630kVA and above, we introduce an innovative spiral type in low-voltage windings, significantly enhancing electrical performance and mechanical resilience, particularly during short circuits.

One of its standout features is the pan-seal structure, masterfully isolating transformer oil from external air, thereby preventing oil deterioration and boosting operational reliability. The oil tank design incorporates corrugated plates to streamline oil circulation and enhance heat dissipation. This ingeniously simple yet sturdy design ensures efficient welding, minimizes leak risks, and optimizes fluid dynamics and thermal regulation.
