The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is an advanced isolation disconnect switch, meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while voltage is present, ensuring seamless power management.
This state-of-the-art switch is optimized for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that is both economical and user-friendly. It supports a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it highly versatile. Comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment, it uses a gate knife structure to open and close circuits with precision. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side, where spring height adjustment ensures optimal contact pressure. The switch operates with an insulated hook stick for effective opening and closing moves and includes a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ideal ambient temperature ranges from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Designed for environments where outdoor wind speeds do not surpass 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS MAY ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check on the following switch components to ensure optimal performance:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all switch parts for any damage, with a particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any potential damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent quality and performance.
