(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for applications on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is designed to expertly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring operational efficiency even when voltage is present, but without any load.
The switch is expertly crafted for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, boasting a simple structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly handling. You can choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife can be achieved. The switch operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, further enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ideal operational altitude is at or below 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: does not exceed +40°C at maximum, and does not drop below -30°C at minimum;
Outdoor wind speed should remain under 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees; the installation site should refrain from experiencing frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could detrimentally impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection on the following switch components for optimal performance:
Clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficient functionality.
Examine each component for potential damage, with particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage and cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on conductive parts to ensure reliable operation.
