Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch, meticulously crafted for ultimate performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This cutting-edge device is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining the crucial voltage presence, while effortlessly operating without load.
Designed for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its streamlined architecture, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Offered in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each unit is composed of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and a refined mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for circuit control, each phase's gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be finely tuned to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch boasts a self-locking mechanism, making it both secure and efficient.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not surpass 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C, to support flawless functionality.
Outdoor wind velocity should remain below 35 meters/second, preserving structural integrity.
Seismic activity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site should be free from significant vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that might compromise the switch's insulating and conductive properties.
Note:
SHOULD CONDITIONS EXCEED NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components to ensure continuous reliability:
Efficiently eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain pristine condition.
Thoroughly examine all components for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or deterioration.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface, ensuring it remains in excellent condition.
