The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It specializes in opening and closing circuits, whether single-phase or three-phase, when there is no load but voltage is still present. This switch is the epitome of reliability in high-voltage applications.
Engineered predominantly for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simple structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Rated currents available include 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, superior conductive components, and a thoughtfully designed mechanical section. A gate knife structure ensures precise opening and closing of circuits, with each phase's gate knife composed of two conductive blades supported by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring's height guarantees optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is seamless with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude restrictions ensure performance: not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in temperatures: maximum of +40°C, minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation locale should not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance ensures peak performance: Regularly examine these switch components:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Check all components for any damage, with a particular focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
