This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, boasting a simple structure, cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of use. Available rated currents are versatile, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust construction comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Its gate knife structure allows precise circuit opening and closing, utilizing two conductive blades per phase with external compression springs for optimal performance. Adjusting the spring height ensures the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is effortlessly achieved with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for secure open/close actions.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum should not rise above +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity must not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure optimal performance.
The installation site must be clear of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
