Introducing the (H)GWBEB type leading-edge outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative device is purposefully crafted for integration within 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. It expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without engaging the load, but while voltage is present, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
This switch is ingeniously designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting a streamlined structure that is both economical and user-friendly. It supports a spectrum of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a robust base, sturdy post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section, this switch utilizes an advanced gate knife structure for seamless circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife is constructed with dual conductive blades and is equipped with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the essential contact pressure is meticulously calibrated for the switch's gate knife. Conveniently operated with an insulated hook stick, this switch also features an intuitive self-locking mechanism that enhances user safety and control.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates flawlessly within ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components to ensure sustained performance and reliability:
Diligently remove dirt accumulated on the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficient operation.
Inspect all components for any signs of wear or damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to check for any cracks or compromises.
Verify that the contact surface of each conductive part remains in optimal condition.
