(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (referred to as "fuse") is engineered for outdoor overhead distribution systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage options of 10kV, 12kV, 15kV, 35kV, and 40.5kV. This robust protective component is essential for safeguarding circuits and electrical equipment from overloads or short circuit faults within power systems. The fuse operates in a series connection along the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a securely locked movable joint during normal operation. Upon line failure, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, swiftly dropping the fuse tube, and effectively cutting off the circuit. This mechanism provides vital safety protection for line and equipment maintenance. Enhanced with elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, the load type fuse efficiently opens and closes load currents in power systems.
The fuse is designed to comply with rigorous technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997, covering technical conditions for ordering outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: Ranges from a chilly -40°C to a warm +40°C;
Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, with a monthly average not surpassing 90%;
Altitude: Installation permitted at elevations up to 3000 meters;
Outdoor wind speed: Should remain below 34 meters per second;
Installation site: Must be free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, ensuring a well-ventilated environment.
