Our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also fondly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This marvel of engineering is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without the burden of load but with voltage present. Seamlessly integrate it into your systems for unparalleled performance.
Designed with precision for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated structure, economic viability, and user-friendly nature. Embrace the versatility with available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Composed of a base, high-quality post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, the switch employs a sophisticated gate knife structure to facilitate circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously designed with dual conductive blades accompanied by external compression springs on either side. Masterfully adjust the spring height to set the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operate with ease using an insulated hook stick, featuring an intuitive self-locking mechanism for operational security.
Working Environment:
Crafted for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Can withstand ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to resist seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideally installed in sites free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE ABOVE NORMAL PARAMETERS, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to meticulously check the following parts of the switch:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle to identify any cracks or structural weakness.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for continued reliability and efficiency.
