Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a state-of-the-art solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Specifically crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is perfect for controlling single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining a live voltage. Despite being under load, it provides unmatched efficiency and reliability.
This remarkable switch is designed primarily for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark features include a straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, durable conductive parts, and an innovative mechanical section. The sophisticated gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife is crafted from dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Effortless operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, and a reliable self-locking device guarantees secure handling.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates within an ambient temperature range: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient to seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, ensuring no frequent severe vibrations at the installation site.
Installation sites should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch components:
Regularly remove dirt and debris from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Assess all parts for potential damage, paying extra attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to ensure it's free of cracks or damage.
Verify the conductive part's contact surface is in optimal condition.
